Jennifer speaks fluent Mandarin Chinese and is familiar with Chinese culture. During her law school studies at New York Law School, she became very interested in criminal law and worked as a legal intern in the District Attorney’s Office, Narcotics Division. Her court appearance for criminal defense work are in a multitude of courtrooms across New York and Massachusetts state courts, as well as the United State Federal Court, Criminal Division.
She is a licensed practicing attorney in Eastern and Southern Federal District court of New York and Federal Court of Massachusetts, Washington District of Columbia, she is also admitted by First Circuit Court and Second Circuit Court. Jennifer is a member of American Immigration Lawyer Association. She works very hard and has a wide client base in the Chinese community.
Jennifer has successfully helped many clients on immigration and criminal matters, by trying to get them released from detention. She has also dealt with appeal with BIA, and had her clients’ cases reversed or remanded. Jennifer treats each client with respect, compassion and care by bringing a thorough understanding and attention to each client’s unique facts. Jennifer passionately pursues the interests of her clients in the unprivileged sector both inside and outside of the courtroom, and she is dedicated to ensure that each client gets the best possible outcome to their legal matter.
